Application Builder and Configuration Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to gather user stories and use cases
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users
- Research and evaluate new no code and low code platforms and technologies

**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in using various no code and low code platforms and tools, and ability to learn new ones quickly (required).
- Strong understanding of data structures, logic, workflows and bot automation technology (required).
- Knowledge of HTML and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python and/or Liquid (required).
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and process optimization (required).
- Introduction to AI tools, processes and use cases (required).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required).
- Attention to detail and quality (required).
- A background in Legal Operations or Corporate Legal a plus
