Elementary Teacher

We are looking for passionate elementary school teachers to join the Phoenix Ranch School team for the 2024-2025 school year.
Job Summary: Responsible for instructing students in a small, private elementary school. Create lesson plans, follow California and NGSS state standards, and design a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.
- Provide differentiated instruction within the class setting.
- Create a positive educational climate
- Maintain grade books.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and co-workers
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Provide after-school tutorials for struggling students twice a week.
- Manage student behavior following Positive Behavioral Support strategies.
- Utilize Google Classroom to present instruction if distance learning is required.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
