**Onsite Job: Lemon Law Attorney**
**Location: Los Angeles, CA**
**Duration: Fulltime**
**Responsibilities**:
- Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing a high-volume caseload of Lemon Law Litigation and Personal Injury cases. This includes organizing and maintaining case files, drafting legal documents, and corresponding with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations pertaining to Lemon Law, Personal Injury, and Plaintiff Side Litigation. Summarize findings for use in case strategy and preparation.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on case progress, answering inquiries, and ensuring timely responses to client communications.
- Discovery Support: Assist attorneys in the discovery process by drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery requests. Coordinate document production and review, and manage the organization of discovery materials.
- Trial Preparation: Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and other materials necessary for trial. Coordinate with attorneys to ensure all trial-related deadlines are met and logístical arrangements are in place.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining attorney calendars, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with a focus on Lemon Law Litigation, Personal Injury, and Plaintiff Side Litigation.
- **Knowledge**: Proficient understanding of Lemon Law regulations, personal injury laws and procedures, and civil litigation processes. Familiarity with relevant legal software and research databases is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing complex case files and ensuring accuracy in legal documents and correspondence.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting attorneys and fellow staff members as needed to achieve firm objectives.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
