**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities, but not limited to**:
- Fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations
- Collect necessary documentation such as plans, drawings, and project specifications.
- Create a accurate Project Schedule from start to finish.
- Determine the key variables for cost and conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs.
- Gather bids and negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible prices
- Create and submit estimates to project managers
- Budget and forecast using appropriate software
**Qualifications, but not limited to**:
- Previous experience as an Estimator.
- Previous experience as a Project Scheduler.
- Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Skilled in relevant software (Excel, Smartsheets, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
