Records Specialist

**Compensation**:
$21 - $25 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients and lenders via Qualia
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Retrieve files as requested by staff and clients
- Create new records as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update records
- Assist in the implementation of record management policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Experience in title processings, mortgage lending, or real estate preferred
- Reliability, independence, and the ability to be a team player
- Professionalism and courtesy
- Excellent research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially G-suite and Qualia
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
