**Role Description**

FGF Sourcing is actively searching for a Forklift Operator. Your role will be integral to the smooth functioning of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, handling the movement, stacking, loading, and unloading of different materials, products, and equipment. Working closely with our warehouse team, your main objective will be to ensure the timely and accurate transportation of goods while upholding productivity standards and adhering to strict safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts to transport, load, unload, and stack materials or products within the warehouse facility.
- Safely maneuver forklifts in narrow aisles, tight spaces, and congested areas, while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Verify and match received goods against purchase orders or delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper placement and securing of materials.
- Utilize forklift attachments and accessories as necessary to handle specific types of materials or products.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including aisles, shelves, and storage locations.
- Follow established inventory control procedures, accurately recording and updating inventory information as required.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to fulfill customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Provide support in other warehouse tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification and a demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operations, safety protocols, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

**Benefits and Compensation**:

- $17.00 per hour.

**Schedule**
