Job Summary:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and labor operations.
  • Use manufacturers-approved troubleshooting guides and technical manuals to determine cause of malfunction.
  • Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories to meet customer needs.
  • Document work performed and applicable technical information.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine cause of malfunction and perform necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Use technical training and experience to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workflow.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
