We are seeking a **Client Care Representative** to join our team at **ACCESS Pasadena**

**ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospitals** are some of the most advanced, inclusive, and progressive veterinary multi-specialty referral hospitals in Southern California. **Pay - $19-$21/hr dependent upon experience.** Some duties you can expect will consist of**:

- Answer incoming calls, triaging urgent messages, directing calls to appropriate department
- Maintain an empathetic and compassionate demeanor when working with our pet parents
- Assist referring hospitals with questions in timely and efficient manner
- Maintain medical records
- Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their lives
- Minimum two-years of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience _preferred_)
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
