What You'll Do: As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will leverage your expertise to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with purchasing software is preferred.
- Cross-training: Willingness to be cross-trained in different departments within the company.
- Team Oriented: Work collaboratively with multiple departments

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
