RoseSniffers Vending was born out of the 2020 Pandemic. With our previous history working in highly customer-centered companies, we are dedicated to extending that same service in our vending business. Since 2021, our presence in the South Central PA area has been very successful in providing vending service with a personal family flare while not compromising our standards. Currently, our machines are housed in Battlefield Harley Davidson, YWCA Gettysburg, Renn Kirby Kia and Chevy, Camping World, just to name a few.

Although this may be labeled a "mom and pop" show, we have all the elements a company succeeds on including competetive wages, sales analysis and projections, marketing materials, inventory and cost management and analysis, and employee satisfaction strategies.

Route Manager/Warehouse Assistant

Route Managers report directly to hte General Manager/Owner of RoseSniffers Vending and should possess a clean driving record and referrences from past employers. This position is ideal for students, retirees, and at-home persons.

We offer paid training and paid 30 minute breaks.

**Route Drivers will be required to**:

- Demonstrate friendly, respectful, and efficient customer satisfaction and service acting professionally and building rapport with customers throughout the day.
- Read, write, and speak clearly and with keen attention to detail as you prepare for your route and in your reporting to the GM any: product requests, machine dysfunction/repair needs, sale ideas, new product ideas, customer feedback.
- Maintain an organized work area by following the policies and procedures in the warehouse, on the route, and upon return from route.
- Arrive to work on time ready to go. Work day can begin as early as 7:00/8:00 AM.
- Restock, clean, and resolve operation issues (trained) for the food/drink vending machines on given route in the South Central PA/Thurmont areas.
- Prepare for the day's route by selecting products out of the warehouse (picking) by using the MOMA Inventory app and pack the vehicle with supplies for your client destinations.
- Maintain fresh and sellable inventory by being alert to and taking action on expiration dates.
- Collect expected cash from machines and be accountable to the GM by submitting expected cash.
- Unload vehicle upon return from route service by neatly re-stocking items back to their location.
- Provide mínimal on-call service attention when customers notify you of any mechanical issues regarding your route.
- Work in partnership with the owners knowing that this position has the potential to advance into ownership of the machines and route at a future date.
- Complete other various tasks upon request relating to the job.

**Qualifications**:

- Clean driving record.
- Outgoing, personable, and positive attitude dedicated to customer satisfaction and positive problem solving solutions.
- Efficient, prompt, and organized work habits.
- Critical thinking skills
- Able to lift 30-50 pounds, stretch, climb, kneel, bend somewhat easily.
- Attend paid training and be availalbe for any advanced training in the future.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.34 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
