- Open and close the clinic, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Greet and receive patients in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage clinical staff schedules, as well as schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Initiate initial contacts with potential patients to provide information and assistance.
- Organize, check, and archive all necessary documentation, including balances, consents, and treatment plans.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and provide patients with proof of invoicing.
- Compile and prepare reports required for the daily closure of the clinic.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional experience in similar roles within the Healthcare sector is preferred.
- Computer proficiency with a strong understanding of Excel, Sage, and Salesforce is valued.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail and ability to concentrate in a fast-paced environment.
