**Job Overview**:
The CyberArk Administrator will oversee the management, implementation, and maintenance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management solutions using CyberArk. The role involves collaborating with various business units to understand requirements, leveraging technical expertise to address business challenges, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

**Education/Certification Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance/position of trust

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Act as an identity and privilege access management engineer on projects, choosing the right mix of tools and techniques to translate client needs and future goals into secure, effective solutions.
- Install and configure CyberArk platform components, supporting enterprise on-boarding, credential discovery, and analysis.
- Support CyberArk upgrades, including maintenance, patch identification, publication, and development of SOPs and documentation.
- Ensure product security and audit compliance, manage privilege user incidents, support user acceptance testing of privileged accounts, and validate testing of PRIV and integrated solutions.
- Design and implement technical solutions for scalable and resilient network architecture.
- Maintain the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in designing CyberArk architecture and configuration to meet project scopes and IAM requirements.
- Capability to develop CyberArk configurations and customizations to align with project scopes and IAM designs.
- Consulting, support, and mentoring skills for client stakeholders during upgrades, deployments, and production operations.
- Authoring and maintaining CyberArk IAM Architecture, Design, Configuration, Deployment, and Run Book documents.
- Practical experience with PKI solutions, including SSL.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and testing PAM solutions.
- Experience integrating PAM solutions with multi-factor authenticators, particularly PIV cards.
- Deploying PAM solutions in backup, high-availability, and DR environments (cold, warm, and hot).
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft IIS, Active Directory, Windows PowerShell, Windows credential stores, and Microsoft Certificate Authority.
- Ability to work closely with customer network and operations teams to address issues or security concerns related to tools/services.
- Experience working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security tools.
- Proven track record of providing design and architectural guidance, best practices, and security recommendations to clients.
- A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related technical experience, including at least 4 years of implementing and administering CyberArk in an enterprise environment.
- Relevant IAM/PRIV/PAM tool certifications, such as CyberArk Level 3 (Sentry) or higher.
- Strong initiative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate technical and security-related issues to clients/business stakeholders.
- Capability to provide technical leadership to junior engineers on tasks and projects, and effectively communicate abstract concepts to gain stakeholder support.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in programming languages and APIs such as Java, BeanShell, Python, REST, JSON, SOAP.
- Experience integrating PAM solutions with tools like Splunk and IAM tools like SailPoint.
- Familiarity with other PRIV solutions such as CA-PAM, Centrify, Oracle Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Management.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
