**Pay**
- **$80,000.00-$120,000.00 annually**:

- Bonus based on new sales/profitability

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing projects to ensure successful completion within defined parameters.
- Monitoring and managing project budgets to maintain financial targets.
- Requesting manpower as necessary to meet project requirements.
- Assisting subcontractors in completing electrical work according to specifications.
- Managing change orders efficiently and effectively.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Conducting regular job site meetings to coordinate activities and address any issues that arise.

Job requirements
- Experience working in the HVAC industry
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Preferably, 3-5 years of relevant experience in the same role
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Expected hours: 41 - 50 per week
