- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to callers and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with project coordination by organizing documents, files, and other materials
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records in our computerized system
- Coordinate and assist with event planning, including scheduling meetings, arranging catering, and preparing materials
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Proficiency in data entry and using computerized systems
- Experience with event planning is desirable
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
