Overview:
We're looking for **full-time** Security Officers to join our team This role is for the **2nd shift** which is from **2:30pm - 11pm**.
As a **Security Officer**, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Patrol lobbies, corridors, guest rooms, and other hotel areas, confers with management, interviews guests and employees.
- Interrogate persons to detect infringements and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalisms, accidents, illness, violations of policies, and any other loss related event.
- Patrol hotel areas to detect/report and/or control fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety Warns or ejects troublemakers, and cautions careless persons.
- Respond to, controls, provide and obtain assistance for victims of accidents and/or illness. Also report on such in documentation.
- Notify staff of presence of persons with questionable reputations.
- Assist management and law enforcement officers in emergency situations.
- Control all situations in a calm, professional, and hospitable manner.
- Complete daily logs and incident reports.
- Follow lost and found procedures.
- Conduct daily key inventories and reports and variances.
- Follow cab voucher procedures.
- Enforce package pass procedures.
- Respond to alarm notifications.
- Assist with emergency/evacuation training and processes.
