**ABOUT THE JOB**:
The PMA role is to assist the project manager by contributing to planning and execution of a project. You will work closely with the team to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be joining an established and diverse team, where you will be able to make an immediate impact. Your desire to work alongside some of the best in the industry, paired with your attention to detail, will allow you to achieve maximum success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- **Project Administration**:_
- Take meeting minutes at PM meetings, create, and distribute list of action items
- Assist PM with purchasing and inventory with suppliers
- Misc. Data Entry (Purchase Orders, T&M Tallying/Compiling, Productivity Tracking for Payroll Upload)
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date project file
- Scan/Attach all pertinent docs to Viewpoint (audits, forms, submittals, reports)
- Picking up Supplies and making deliveries
- Assisting Human Resources with onsite administration of New Hire Processing., Tracking & Correspondence (Union Dispatches, Pre-Placement Testing, Safety Orientations, Etc.)
- Update Monthly projections as directed by PM’s
- Assist PM with assembly & dissemination of submittals, safety plans (HazComs), etc. as directed
- Provide administrative/clerical support for other departments as requested
- Filing, Copying, Organizing, Quality Document Control
- **New Job Set Up**:_
- Create new job files as directed by PM/Estimator (Files, Folders, Binders)
- Set Up Job Number
- Order Insurance, Bonds, etc.
- **Job Closeout**:_
- Prepare, collate, and distribute all Close-Out documents and items per project and as directed
- **Other Responsibilities**:_
- Miscellaneous assistance in all administrative processes as related and as requested
- Manage multiple priorities meeting all deadlines in a complete and accurate manner
- While it is impossible to list every duty that may be asked of an employee, the Employer may ask that an employee do other duties as the business need arises

In addition to your passion and purpose, to be successful in this PMA role, you will possess the following:

- High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree Preferred
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in similar position or college credit equivalent
- Must be able to take direction and complete projects as assigned
- Able to use general office equipment (Phone, Fax, Copier, Scanner)
- Ability to learn new software, processes, and procedures. Must have good solid math abilities in basic calculations.
- Good math skills with basic computations such as add, subtract, multiple, divide, etc.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in a professional environment
- Must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work with mínimal supervision
- Remain calm in high stress environments while multi-tasking
- Courteous, personable, and professional manner
