We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated new employee for a full time position. Duties would include mowing, raking, weeding, irrigation work, general equipment maintenance, wine making assistance, working on vines, etc.
Will train the right person who is looking to start a new career. Benefit package available, 401k plan, etc.

Qualification include dedication, hard work ethic, common sense and a strong will to learn. Compensation based on experience.

**Skills**:

- Ability to operate power tools and handle farm machinery effectively
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor associated with ranch work
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques
- Experience in growing crops, maintaining gardens, or similar agricultural tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
