Marketing Coordinator

Manages events and promotions from creation to execution. Ensures all property events and promotions are in compliance with gaming regulations. Responsible for communicating event specifications and rules with gaming commission ensuring necessary approvals are received. Responsible for communicating all planned events and promotions to the property by managing and distributing the special event calendar and rules to casino team members. Manage and maintain competitive calendar and summary. Evaluates events, establish key performance indicators and facilitate review process for all events to improve results. Assist with planning and executing special events from slot tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways, and promotional drawings Build all casino offers, promotions, drawings and giveaways, and create in casino promotional kiosk Interfaces with all levels of casino employees. Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies. Responds to special requests of guests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner. Works closely with marketing management team to develop and execute the property marketing plans and goals. Promotes exceptional guest relations, in order to achieve the desired level of guest service and satisfaction. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Is held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma required. At least five years of high level customer service or sales experience required. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule indicated by business needs, including nights, weekends and holidays. An individual must have the ability to: Effectively perform independently; Utilize a variety of standard computer systems/office productivity software at an intermediate or advanced level (testing required); Effectively resolve problems, based on common sense use of reasoning ability;
