Corporate Education Coordinator

**Summary**:
The Corporate Education Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating training workshops and professional development programs for Corporate and Community Education.
**Essential Functions**:

- Coordinate Corporate Education programming by researching, developing and scheduling courses to the business/corporate community.
- Assist in researching corporate training needs in order to appropriately align program courses.
- Work with Marketing Services the preparation of printed schedules, press releases, manage website content with registration system, and all other advertising/marketing initiatives.
- Manage Corporate Education programming information in registration system.
- Manage Corporate Education programming and details assessing outcomes and enrollment results.
- Maintaining operating profit, program repeat ratings, customer service ratings and new program generations to increase department revenue are outcomes of this position.
- Hire, train and evaluate Corporate Education workshop presenters.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as database maintenance and updating website as needed.
- Provide first tier technical support for Corporate & Community Ed's equipment and electronics.
- Monitor program budgets along with expense and revenue reports.
- Assist Dean and Manager of Corporate and Community Education to develop and monitor annual program plan and budget, including revenue projections and expenditures.
- Perform related duties as required.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in program coordination, training, or directly related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multi-taking skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with others.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- Experience in higher education.
- Experience working in registration systems.
- Experience developing schedules for community coursework.
- Certified in one or more Microsoft Office Specialist Certifications.
