The Senior Brand & Content Designer role reports to the VP, Creative and Marketing Operations and **will require a weekly in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.**

**What you’ll do as a Content Designer**:

- Ideate and execute on creatively designed content that will service all of our channels—social, web, retail, etc—and position Away as an engaging leader in the category
- Build on and evolve bespoke design systems that continuously freshen our creative approach to both brand and product initiatives
- Attend to a variety of projects from 360 campaigns, always on evergreen content, and ad hoc requests
- With a social first lens, reimagine existing assets into fresh new content—from stills, to motion, to live-action—in a range of formats and device sizes
- Create gifs, small edits, and snackable, short form video content—bonus points for editing capabilities
- Understand art direction and how assets come to life on set—working closely with art directors to guide outcome of content
- Rapidly iterate and refine design concepts and execution, from initial briefing through final delivery, responding to the needs of our business in real time
- Work closely with the Creative Integration and Senior Designer to understand the needs across the business, the goals, and timelines
- Review final work with an exacting eye to ensure files are delivered to spec
- Autonomously manage your workload, clearly and quickly communicating with Creative Integration
- Maintain an always on filter for the most interesting things happening in culture, that are reflected in the ideas you bring to the team
- Stay on top of the latest technological advancements—including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience designing for elevated brands on conceptual, performance driving digital and social design projects
- A portfolio of creative design that have elevated a brand’s consumer ecosystem
- Understanding of post production and how creative elements can be remixed, re-edited, and customized to fit multiple channels
- Ability to work within design systems that are both iterative and flexible to visually unify a project
- A willingness to push the boundaries—we’re not interested in the status quo
- Competence in Figma and Adobe—bonus points for animation, Webflow, HTML / CSS
- Experience working in project management systems such as Asana is preferred
- A creative, positive, and flexible attitude
- Accessible to all team members and eager to solicit feedback
- Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given)

**Compensation Package**:

- Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $77,000.00 annually
- This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Annual Company Performance Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on an annual basis at the discretion of the company
- Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company
