**Job Title**: Warehouse Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Warehouse to achieve/exceed company goals and initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Lead and coordinate continues improvement initiatives to ensure optimal warehouse operations.
- Troubleshoot inventory and receipt discrepancies by coordinating resolution with supply chain and finance teams.
- Lead, mentor, and recruit a successful and engaged Warehouse team.
- Develop and implement workflow process and procedures.
- Manage stock with an inventory management system.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and transport companies.
- Provide reports and statistics regularly (In/Out status report, dead stock report, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of a safe, clean and secure work environment.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build a fully engaged team.
- Proven experience in a supply chain discipline (i.e., logistics, order management, purchasing, etc.), preferably within a B2B environment.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to implement new inventory management processes and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in all correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Five plus years in a warehouse leadership capacity.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or) equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software (NetSuite/Salesforce or similar).
