Inside Sales Account Executive

Perlow Steel is a 50-year old company located in Plainview, Illinois. It is a premier distributor in the special bar quality niche of the steel bar industry. The company supplies prime quality steel bars to a diversified customer base across several industries.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a qualified talented individual to fill an Inside Sales / Account Executive position in our Chicago location.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing existing accounts as well as developing new business
- Some customer contact will be necessary. It is important to develop a relationship with the customer and a full understanding of their process.
- This position will require coordination of customer needs and shipping of our products
Qualifications include but are not limited to:

- Able to do minor mathematical adjustments and conversions
- Computer training is very important
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn product lines
- Education
- BA degree or equivalent sales experience
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission. Salary will reflect industry knowledge.
Commission plan based on sales made during the month. Profit sharing and full medical program.
Position will provide a challenging and financial rewarding opportunity for the right individual.
