As a Construction Yard Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction yard. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and providing support to the construction team. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction yard, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and logistics to and from the construction site.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and materials using company databases or software.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating equipment rentals, repairs, and maintenance.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the construction team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the construction yard.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and project management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to the construction yard in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bi-Lingual recommended, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and safety protocols is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
