Front Office Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will focus on enhancing the guest stays and promoting special amenities and touches the hotel provides especially for VIPS, high paying guests, and their special occasions
- Will assist to promote and implement with Butlers our amenity packages, amenities and recognition for our guests celebrating their milestone birthdays, weddings, honeymoons, etc.
- Will assist to promote The Chatwal Wellness Center by highlighting our pool and jacuzzi services, massage and other specialty treatments, and fitness center with our Chatwal Club members and esteemed guests
- Will assist guests traveling with pets in coordination with butler and housekeeping departments suitable pet amenities such as dog beds, bowls for food and water personalized for the guest’s pets, gourmet treats, and assorted toys, etc.,
- Will assist to guests traveling with children by providing suitable amenities, toys, healthy snacks and treats, and coordinate children experiences in coordination with Butlers and Concierge
- Will assist Housekeeping department with ensuring VIP arrivals are prepared with proper amenities and preferences
- Will assist Front Office department in overseeing VIP arrivals, to ensure all pertinent information is updated in guest profiles
- Will assist preparing daily welcome cards as necessary in coordination with Butlers and implement daily guests’ arrival welcome amenities
- Will assist in implementing the Chatwal Chimes quarterly e-newsletter and the monthly Chatwal chronicle e
- newsletter as directed in coordination with the Concierge and Front Office team.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of hotel leadership role
- 3 years hospitality experience
- Preferred degree in Hospitality Management
- Demonstrated exceptional service in an elegant environment
- Demonstrated strong collaboration and teamwork between departments, with a focus on the Front Office, HSKP, and Sales Departments
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written format)
- Proficient in the English
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Demonstrated experience with Opera system and Windows software (ex: Work, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent analytical and organizations skills; must be detail oriented
- Ability to always display a high level of professionalism when engaging with guests and fellow associates

Pay: $67,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
