Welcome to Cannettic Energy

Thank you for your interest. We are currently looking for an energetic individual that loves teaching fitness and dance classes. We are seeking a Certified Zumba Fitness Instructor for a 55+ activity center. This class has a set, weekly, ongoing schedule.
- Zumba Gold Thursday at 10:00-11:00 every Wednesday year round. We do not teach on holidays and we take holiday vacations
- $40. Per one hour class.

Classes are held in a Senior Activity Center with a large dance room.

We are also looking for teachers that love working with kids We are seeking to hire a qualified dance teacher and a gymnastics coach. Classes include, modern & classical ballet, jazz, hip-hop, gymnastics, musical theater, yoga, tap, art, cheer, fusion, science, field hockey, lacrosse etc..

We are happy to add additional classes with your availability to teach pre-school, youth, teens and/or adult classes.

Classes for children are held in a dance studio room. Vista, CA 92084.

Classes for seniors are held in a 55+ activity center.

Life scan and fingerprints are required.

**Compensation: (Based on qualifications & experience)**

$20. Per 30 min class.

$30. Per 45 min class.

$40. Per 1 hour class.

**Our monthly class schedule will continue through the entire 2024 year and is ongoing. Opportunities to add additional classes are available.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement dance curriculum for various age groups for beginner skill levels.
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to students
- Create a FUN, positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Provide positive, constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
- Maintain a safe dance studio environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure smooth operations when needed

**Qualification**:

- Certification as a current Zumba Gold teacher
- Previous experience as a dance teacher
- Have a passion and willingness to teach
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles and technique or a specific performing arts specialty
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a happy, cheerful attitude
- Experience working with children, including preschool-aged students is a plus
- Demonstrate moves being taught

*The dance studio and facility is closed on all federal holidays and follows a Vista Unified School District calendar. Classes are on a monthly ongoing basses. Students are pre registered Online. You will have a minimum of 5 students with a max of 25 student’s per class.
