We are seeking a skilled Group Fitness Instructor who enjoys engaging with our members.

Qualifications
  • Outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, with a passion for fitness and people
  • Nationally recognized group fitness certification or personal training certification
    • AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.
  • CPR/AED Certification
  • Preferred: Experience in teaching or coaching
  • Preferred: Personal training experience, either as a client or trainer
Key Responsibilities
  • Instructors at Crunch infuse fun into functional fitness, guiding our members through high-energy, scientifically sound, transformative workouts
  • Lead safe and effective exercise classes suitable for all fitness levels
  • Adhere to all instructor sign-in and sign-out protocols
  • Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Exhibit knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with our mission statement
  • Address all member inquiries or escalate to a manager as necessary
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Prepare with workouts and/or choreography and playlists prior to class
  • Arrive early to engage with members and set up the workout area/equipment
  • Clean the workout area after class
  • Assist in promoting in-club sales and events

Location Overview
SIR Fitness operates multiple franchise locations, each equipped with top-tier strength and cardio equipment, including a functional training zone, group fitness studio, and a variety of machines and free weights. We also provide a Relax and Recover zone featuring hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge areas. Some locations may include advanced cycle studios, 3D body scanners, and saunas. Our facilities offer personal training, nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
