**What you'll do**:
As a Store Team Member, you'll help to make our guests feel welcome, accurately run the register, and help keep our store clean and safe. While doing so you will also:

- _Assist in ensuring excellent guest service: _You will need to put in the extra effort to ensure that every aspect of an RLM visit exceeds the guest expectation of being treated quickly, fairly, and courteously.
- _Maintain quality brand and image standards:_ Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner. Understand brand imaging and standards as well as how to monitor inventory levels to maximize profits.
- _Prioritize Cleanliness and Safety: _ You must help ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are being met and maintained. Our entire team strives to deliver on RLMs’ uncompromising standards of cleanliness and the safety of our surroundings-inside and out.
- _Adhere to all state and federal guidelines regarding alcohol and tobacco sales._

**We're looking for someone who is**:

- _Experienced. _We are looking for a Store Team Member who has handled similar work. You might be a fit if you've held titles such as: Sales Associate, Store Clerk, Team Member, Customer Service Agent, etc.
- _Knowledgeable. _Retail experience would be a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- _Highly organized. _ This position requires exceptional organizational and time management skills. You should be able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- _Detail-oriented. _Careful planning and attention to detail are crucial. You will need to adhere to established daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
- _Welcoming and Positive. _As an RLM Team Member, you should have excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal team member skills. You will need a welcoming, positive, upbeat, and guest-focused attitude to succeed.

**Other Details**:
Required: Physically must be able to squat, bend, and turn as needed, lift 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time. Must be available to work nights and weekends when necessary.
