Mitigation Technician

Team Pulido is currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. While experience as an IICRC certified WRT/ASD technician is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide training and certification as needed. As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in assessing damages to homes following incidents such as water, fire, or other losses, and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent further damage.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform water extraction and demolition tasks.
- Assess damages to properties and determine the most effective mitigation measures.
- Document work performed through written/typed reports and photo documentation.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
- Demonstrate empathy and support to property owners during stressful situations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in utilizing technology effectively.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary, given the nature of emergencies.
- Clean background check.
- Clean driving record.
