Mitigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, and board up services to prevent further damage to properties.
• Conduct mold remediation and asbestos/lead abatement services to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Perform carpet cleaning and reinstallation services to restore properties to their original condition.
• Work under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager to ensure all tasks are completed according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary to support the team's efforts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of water mitigation and restoration techniques, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
