POSITION OVERVIEW:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Relationship Management:
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key partners, stakeholders, sourcing professionals, Academics, Procurement, Compliance, and HR.- Manage the personnel outsourcing, including vendor management, vendor transitions, and expansion/growth projects.- Partner with LTS Recruiters and Manager on the status of the contingent workforce and LTS openings, in an effort to convert contingent workers to LTS employees.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage additional recruitment programs and operations as needed.

3. Process Improvement:
- Build processes to conduct continuous improvement planning internally and with national agencies.

4. Substitute Management:
- Handle all aspects of substitute management to ensure adequate coverage and compliance.

5. Computer Applications:
SUPERVISORY AND MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Indirect management of agencies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Education, Licensure, or Certification

Required:
- 2 years of work experience in recruitment, HR or operations

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.- 2+ years of managing or working with staffing agencies.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent project management skills.- Proficient with google suite and excel. Workday experience preferred.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Strong attention to detail.- Drive for results and action oriented.-
