**Job Description** Job Description/Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer inbound requests with prompt and professional responses.
- Work with production planning, estimating, and engineering on customer quotations/orders for new and existing products.
- Ensure timely quotation follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.
- Receive, verify accuracy, and process customer orders/change orders.
- Work with additional departments such as quality, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and accounts payable.
- Maintain strong rapport with key customers through regular communication.
- Proactively provide schedule updates to customers.
- Work efficiently within our CRM platform.
- Support outside sales personnel.
**Qualifications** Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of inside sales and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with a friendly approach to customer interactions.
- Enjoys building relationships with customers and addressing their needs.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks as needed.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
