**MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (NO SALES)**

**Hybrid in Wilmington, DE | $25.00/hr | Career Opportunity Temp to Perm**

Immediate opening in **Wilmington, DE** with one of the largest and oldest Financial & Investment Services corporations in the world.

**PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY**:

- 2-4+ years recent corporate work experience with a Financial Services, Investment or Banking institution
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Contact Center environment
- Must have professional communication skills
- Previous client services, investment services, financial services, customer support, client support or banking operations experience is required
- Understanding or experience in investor relations, retirement accounts, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity or overall investment services knowledge is a huge plus
- Must reside within communication distance of Wilmington, DE and will be required to report **onsite 3x a week, and 2x a week remote**
- Previous experience as a Transfer Agent would be ideal
- Recent college graduates are welcome to apply
- **Hours/Shift will be Mon to Fri (Open to 8-10hr shifts; Start & End times ranging between 11am-12am (all applicants must be flexible to work between these shifts) (Applicants scheduled for 10-hour shifts will work 4 days a week, and all 8 hr shifts will work 5 days a week)**
