**Call Center Team Lead**

Re-Bath Houston is seeking ROCKSTARS to join our amazing team in Houston, TX

We are currently seeking a Call Center Manager to join our Customer Service Team This is full-time, M-F position. The Call Center Manager is responsible for managing the productivity and efficiency of our call center and our call center team members. This position also serves as the back-up to any productivity needs due to staffing or additional capacity, so approximately 25% of each shift will be dedicated to assisting with call volume.

**Responsibilities include monitoring the team tasks of**:

- Answering inbound phone calls
- Inputting all customer information
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments (outbound calls)
- Routing calls to appropriate department, if necessary
- Placing outbound phone calls
- Confirming calls for scheduled appointments
- Follow-up calls for existing leads (prospects to past inquires)
- Keeping accurate records of leads in CRM system
- Qualifying information
- Scheduling appointments for Design Consultants
- Recouping canceled appointments
- Consistent and accurate notations
- Effective, accurate, and consistent communication with DC's and customers

**Management duties include**:

- Monitoring and managing team productivity
- Addressing any coaching needs
- Addressing any staffing needs
- Keeping team on task with scheduling needs
- Additional support for capacity and/or staffing needs
- Building and maintaining team morale (have some fun)

- Proven success in management of a mid-volume call center staff
- Verifiable experience in customer service, lead setting, or other related fields
- Great phone presence - excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers

- **Ability to efficiently handle a call volume of 120+ calls/day/lead setter**
- Effective time-management skills
- Attentive to detail
- Positive and professional demeanor

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
