Compensation & Benefits:

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with prompt and courteous service
- Manage cashier duties, including processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed

- Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
