- Would need to have pre-construction “sales” experience working with GC’s,

Consultants and Owners building relationships for business development.
- Must be Confident and able to juggle 40-60 jobs in various stages from early

estimating to final proposal and or negotiation. (we have construction Design

Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).
- Needs great follow up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for

business development.
- This person would preferably be a PE, have a bachelor's degree in Civil

engineering and a masters in Geotechnical engineering
