**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development Support**:

- Assist in nurturing relationships with industry contacts, EV manufacturers, and real estate developers.
- Aid in representing EV360 at industry conferences and events to promote services and explore potential partnerships.
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of growth opportunities, such as partnerships with real estate developers and manufactures / distribution networks.
- **Client Engagement and Support**:

- Support the team as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs regarding project viability, installation, and maintenance are met.
- Assist in collaborating with clients and internal teams to aid in developing financial models for assessing EV project feasibility.
- Help facilitate connections between clients and grant writers to explore funding avenues for EV initiatives.
- **Project Coordination Assistance**:

- Aid in the compilation and organization of Request for Pricing/Bids, supporting the process from initiation to bid award follow-ups.
- Provide assistance in coordinating with project managers and designers to ensure timely delivery of project documents to clients.
- **Technical Support and Maintenance Assistance**:

- Assist in addressing hardware issues by coordinating with owner-operator manufacturers and supporting resolution processes.
- Aid in troubleshooting and documenting connectivity issues for EV chargers, assisting in necessary resolutions.
- Support the coordination of routine maintenance visits, checklist distribution, and part orders for maintenance clients.
- **Operations Support**:

- Assist in establishing and maintaining effective communication channels between departments, clients, and external partners for efficient project coordination.
- Contribute to utilizing centralized systems or software for project tracking, client communication, and maintenance scheduling.
- Assist in gathering and organizing feedback from clients and internal teams to contribute to operational process enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Interest or entry-level experience in project development, business development, or operations within the EV or sustainability industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in financial modeling and technical troubleshooting concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to support various aspects of project development and operations within EV360.
