**Job Title**: Convenience Store - Traveling Construction Superintendent

**Summary**:
**This is a full traveling position with all travel paid for along with accommodations**

**Qualifications**:

- Willingness to travel in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and neighboring states
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Tech Savvy is a plus - reporting is done through construction software
- Proven experience as a Gas Station Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and budget commercial construction projects
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
- Manage and motivate construction crews
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
