¿Eres una limpiadora con experiência en casas residenciales? Este no es un puesto de nível de entrada, por lo que debe tener experiência de limpiadora. ¿Ha trabajado antes con un equipo de limpiadoras, limpiando de 3 a 5 casas al día? Hemos estado trabajando durante 15 años y estamos buscando empleadas que se relacionan con nuestra misión y que sean excelentes limpiadoras profesionales con experiência.

Las instrucciones diarias se dan en español, los hispanohablantes tendrán más facilidad para trabajar con el grupo. Debes tener 2 años de experiência como limpiadora en casas residenciales con una empresa de servicio profesional, o como limpiadora independiente o limpiadora de hotel, si no tienes experiência de limpiadora, debes ser un excelente aprendiz, tranquila y aceptar cuando tu trabajo es criticado, pero no es común que contratemos sin experiência. Esta no es una posición de nível de entrada, no aplique si no tiene experiência. Debe ser legal para trabajar, sin excepciones. Deberá completar un I-9 de acuerdo con las leyes federales y de Virginia.

Usted debe:
1) Tener una forma de llegar al trabajo todos los días, no tenemos acceso a Metro, pero sí a través de autobús en la ruta 1. No aceptamos drama de niñeras, no aceptamos que no vengan a trabajar seguido. Actúa como un adulto, asume la responsabilidad y preséntate.

2) Asegúrese de que su tipo de personalidad le permita trabajar con todos los diferentes tipos de personalidades. Sea tranquila, acepte las críticas de su trabajo según sea necesario para ayudarla a mejorar sus habilidades de limpieza. Respete al líder de su equipo y a sus compañeras de trabajo. 3) Poder venir a Alexandria Ruta 1 todas las mañanas a más tardar a las 8:20 am

4) Poder pasar una verificación de antecedentes (background check)

5) Ser confiable para venir a trabajar y no faltar al trabajo

6) Si renuncia, dará un aviso de dos semanas o todos los salarios no pagados volverán al salario mínimo en Virginia

Debe poder venir para un día completo de trabajo/día de prueba para que podamos evaluar su habilidad como limpiadora. Se le pagará por este día de trabajo.

Promedio de 35-40 horas por semana, depósito directo disponible. 1 semana de vacaciones pagadas después de 1 año. Período de espera de 60 días para el seguro de salud con Kaiser, la compañía pagará el 50 % de su cobertura individual/personal, la familia adicional es responsabilidad de la empleada. El horario de trabajo varía, pero generalmente de lunes a viernes de 8:20 a. m. a 4:00 p. m. a 5:00 p. m. 30 minutos de almuerzo no pagado todos los días.

Daily instructions are given in Spanish, spanish speakers will have an easier time working with the group. You must have 1 years experience as a maid / house cleaner in residential homes with a professional maid service company, as an independent maid or as a hotel maid, if you have no maid experience, you must be an excellent learner, quiet and improve when work is critiqued. No gossip, no drama. You must be legal to work, no exceptions. As you will need to fill out an I-9 according to Virginia and Federal law.

You must:
1) have a dependable way to get to work everyday, we are not Metro accessible but we are accessible by bus on Route.

2) able to work with all different personality types and be easy going, accepting critique of your cleaning skills if needed to help you improve our customers cleaning.

3) Be able to come to Alexandria Route 1 every morning no later than 8:20am

4) Be able to pass a background check

5) Be dependable to come to work and not miss work

6) if you quit you will give two weeks notice or all unpaid wages will revert to minimum wage in Virginia.

You must be able to come for a full work day/trial day so we can assess your skill as a maid. You will be paid for this day of work.

Average of 35-40 hours

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
