The Bricking Bad STEM education Director is responsible for assisting with the administrative and logístical operations, teaching STEM classes, and the hiring and training of part-time staff and teachers.

**Job duties**
- Teaches STEM (K-12) classes on a weekly basis.
- Participates in the hiring and on-hands training of part-time staff.
- Assists with the campus's administrative and logístical operations..
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Build community partnerships and attend outreach events to increase awareness of our programs in the community and plan engaging educational events at the campus.

**Preferred/Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5-year teaching experience, preferred with K-12 students.
- Comfortable interacting and communicating with both students and parents.
- Interest in growing management experience; no prior management experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM related field or prior experience teaching STEM is required.
- Passion for Legos is preferred
