**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparing daily tire and wheels orders
- Preparing weekly forecasts and sending them to suppliers
- Prepare weekly valve orders
- Prepare by-weekly film orders
- Prepare monthly weights orders
- Orders soap as need it based on usage and inventory levels
- Orders parts for all trials and EPNS orders
- Prepare custom documents for all the special orders and arrange transportation based on deadlines
- Monitor inventory fluctuations and monitor daily pulls from TMMC
- Prepare part matrix as need it
- Understand all ECI and drawings and the impact to the line
- Communicate all ECI implementations and insure proper timing is followed
- Return all rejects parts to supplier and insure RGAs are received
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and supply accounting with monthly reconciliation sheets
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Input all data into inventory spreadsheets
- Prepare all packing slips and ensure accuracy before giving to accounting
- Prepare all floor layouts
- Determine safety stock levels based on forecast
- Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
- Issues purchase and work orders to generate product shipments.
- Maintains status of orders through entire process.
- Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
- Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise,and/or supplies stocked.
- Maintains shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintains and oversees inventory database.
- Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A graduate of materials management program with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Just-in-Time manufacturing environment.
- Experience with the Toyota Production System is an asset.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is an asset.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to support inventory counts after night shift and on weekends when required.

- Lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
