**Essential Job Functions**:

- Assist in the day to day operations and running a smooth mental health PHP and IOP program
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as compiling and analyzing competitive data within assigned geographical regions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships.
- Submits timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred in either Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; One year of experience in substance use treatment required.
