AGI is looking for a money-motivated Appointment Setter who is passionate about providing exceptional service to customers.

This role requires an individual to be detail-oriented and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

*This is not a remote position*

**Compensation**:
$75,000 - $120,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries in person
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar in person
- Accurately document customer interactions and assess customer satisfaction with services
- Utilize knowledge of standard customer service processes and procedures to provide effective solutions to customer needs
- Provide customers with knowledge about the product

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service Experience

- High school diploma; College is a plus
