**The Role**

Amped Kitchens is hiring **a Sales Development Representative **to drive engagement with leads, companywide. The job is hybrid—opportunity to work from home at least part of the time. jumbo

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- **
- ** Set Tours**: Schedule onsite tours for qualified leads. Follow-up to maximize show rate. Maintain post-tour engagement.
- ** Generate New Business**: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers, using various methods including networking, referrals, and digital tools.
- ** Manage Pipeline**: Maintain rigorous follow-up to ensure leads are nurtured and moved through the sales pipeline effectively.
- ** Collaborate, Learn and Improve**: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to refine our strategies based on your client insights.
- ** Reporting**: Track and report on leads and deal metrics using our CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:1-2 years in a sales development role, preferably in commercial real estate, food and/or or a related industry with a focus on B2B engagements.
- ** Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in CRM software (we use HubSpot), and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- ** Personality**:Relentless drive, outgoing and energetic personality, and a passion for the food industry and helping businesses succeed.
- ** Education**:Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Compensation**

**OTE** **$65,000 to $75,000+ (no limit to upside)**
