The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next **BDC Manager** located at, the** BDC Manager **is** **responsible for managing the BDC department including hiring, training, and developing BDC agents to achieve targeted appointment results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train, develop and coach BDC representatives to ensure appointment targets are met
- Lead team to provide excellent customer service and responsive follow up
- Follow up on all leads with sales managers
- Communicate persuasively with customers to set and confirm appointments for both sales and service departments as required.
- Respond to CSI interviews/cases for sales and service.
- Review website on a weekly basis and communicates any required revisions to the appropriate departmental manager

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of previous BDC management experience
- Excellent oral/written communication skills required.
- Computer software experience with MS Office necessary
- Strong customer service orientation essential for success.
- Ability to work well on a team, and with other dealership management personnel
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
