City Strings & Piano has been providing high-quality music lessons in our families' homes for over a decade. We were founded by experienced teachers and musicians dedicated to fostering a love of music in students of all ages and committed to providing an environment where our teachers can excel.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Create lesson plans that cater to the needs and skill levels of each student.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their playing and understanding of music.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on students' progress and set goals for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment, fostering a love of music in each student.
- Communicate with City Strings & Piano staff in a timely manner regarding potential and current students.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in teaching violin to children and young adults.
- Proficiency in violin and a strong understanding of music theory.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching young learners.
- A degree in music or music education is preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel to students' homes within designated areas.
