**Who we are looking for**:
Are you the Education Support Staff we have been looking for? In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth

**JRI provides the training so that**:

- YOU will back up lead staff in the classroom and provide support in the milieu when students leave the academic environment.
- YOU will serve as a substitute teacher when/if lead teachers are out sick/in meetings.
- YOU will work with utilizing an empathetic and strength-based approach.
- YOU will work collaboratively with staff members to achieve classroom goals and school mission.
- YOU will provide support to the Transition Coordinator with weekly community outings, community outreach, individual student support and event planning.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 21 years or older.
