We are a growing family business open since 1998that specializes in Carpet Cleaning. We are looking to add a part time apprentice or lead tech to our team. 2-3 nights per week 3-5 hours per night. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with fantastic customer service skills to learn a new trade.

As an apprentice you will be assisting a lead technician in completing several jobs per day in our customers businesses after hours. You will be learning how to operate various pieces of equipment as well as mastering methods and techniques that will allow you to grow into a lead technician.

Strong customer service and problem solving skills are a must. We will train and equip you with the skills you need to master this trade and be successful. Being a small company, you will not just be an anonymous employee.

We are looking for dynamic people who want to make a difference and be recognized. Training typically will last for 6-8months at which point you will be assigned a company van, equipment and assistant. We service Columbus and the surrounding suburbs. NO LAYOFFS in winter. This is a year round job.

What we offer:
$18-$20 per hour Starting pay as an apprentice. Lead techs pay starts at $24

**Duties**:

- Perform carpet cleaning, Upholstry and tile services using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions
- Conduct spot treatment and stain removal as needed
- Vacuum, shampoo, and dry carpets efficiently
- Move furniture as required to access all areas of the carpet
- Inspect carpets for any damages or necessary repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area

Qualifications:

- Experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, or related environmental services
- Knowledge of buffing, commercial cleaning, and custodial duties is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to lift and move equipment as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
