Crown Point, United States ICC FLOORS PLUS Full time

**Job purpose**:
To coordinate all new home flooring projects from selection, estimating, pricing, scheduling, service, and any other items through the closing of the home and contracted service period.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
Coordinating builder projects from selection, estimating, pricing & ordering. Work with install manager to manage installation expectations and timing.

Creating organized and accurate documentation of selections, product availability, scheduling, and progress of all necessary items for individual homes.

Point of contact for builder accounts, and front line for ICC Floors to ensure proper follow up of each project.

Keep up to date with all builder products, options, and pricing to ensure accuracy.

Follow production trends and communicate to appropriate staff/management actionable increase/decrease in scheduling demands.

Other duties and assignments as necessary.

**Person profile - Builder Account Administrator**

**Personality**: Detailed and organized with focus on accuracy and progress tracking. High ethical code, with ability to follow company policies and procedures without compromise.

**Specific Job Skills**: Must be able to complete production schedule needs in an accurate and organized manner.

**Literacy and Numeracy**: Able to understand material and labor quantities, pick-ticket reports, installation directions and warranties, and translate specifications into an appropriate plan to meet production schedules.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
