An agent at The Rental Girl is looking for a part-time/seasonal showing assistant to help with showings on the Eastside. There is potential for growth and more responsibility with this position as well in the future.
This is a great way to get your foot in the door of an amazing real estate company and start learning the business. This agent currently specializes in the following neighborhoods: Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Downtown, Pasadena, and East LA. Please keep that in mind when applying.
See the main job criteria below:
- This is a part-time/seasonal showing assistant position. The exact hours are flexible and open for discussion. I need confirmed help for the month of June at a minimum as of now.
- The schedule will be 3 days minimum -5 days maximum a week and must be open to working Saturdays. The exact schedule is flexible and may vary.
- A vehicle is required as you will be in charge of commuting to each showing and running other property errands when needed.
- Having a computer and smartphone is essential for administrative tasks and getting in touch with renters.
- We're looking for a problem-solver who is comfortable navigating logistics on their own.
- Being personable, friendly, and clear in communicating is essential.
- A real estate license is not required for the assistant position.
