What You Can Expect
Manage and develop a strong relationship with the FP&A organization. Define a long-term strategy to solve complex global business objectives, develop strategic roadmaps to achieve desired business results, support the annual investment planning process, and facilitate decision making with executive leadership. Bring thought leadership and market-in solutions to support the long-term strategic direction of the company/functional area. Lead technology vendor selection activities, manage vendor relationships, negotiate vendor contracts, and identify areas of opportunity for long-term cost savings for the company. Provide leadership to a team of business analysts and developers including hiring, coaching, and overall delivery of world-class solutions; effectively delegating work to the team for successful achievement of goals and objectives. Act as the primary liaison between the IT organization and FP&A team, provide oversight of project delivery, resolve escalated issues, and facilitate communication on any critical issues. Effectively collaborate with other IT and business functions including the program management office, security, infrastructure, delivery, human resources, legal, and finance. Responsible for managing global platforms including OneStream, Hyperion, and data integration through Snowflake. Wage $210,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year. Telecommuting is permitted. Travel 10% of time to customer sites within the U.S.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer accepts no degree and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include five (5) years with each of the following:
2. Planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale projects.
5. Project management and delivery of large scale complex global initiatives.
6. Identifying, defining, and leading development of best practice business / IT processes.
7. Managing a high performing team, facilitation of career planning discussions, retaining top talent in the organization.
8 Developing and managing a budget, measure performance, and optimize results.
9. Understanding and anticipating business needs to provide appropriate technical solutions. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience are acceptable.
